Scout Monitoring Ideas

The log view is great, but I kind of want a simplified view. Something that doesn't have the canvas at the top, and maybe doesn't use a table row for each line, but keeps the filters. Sometimes I do just want to basically tail or grep logs, but I don't need the overhead of a super nice UI - I just need the logs. All of that can be accomplished in the current log view, to be sure. But a stripped-down version might be useful (and might even be more performant, meaning I could use the "heavier" view only when needed).
